I tried this recipe as I had a packet of cornflour for weeks without noticing (basically don’t know what to do with that…hehe). It tastes similar to the wheat dosa. Give it a try for random quick breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients:
1 cup corn flour(whole grain)
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tbsp semolina/rava
1 small sized onion
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin/jeera
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp curry leaves
oil and salt as needed

To make corn flour dosa:
1.Mix all the ingredients above into a dosa batter consistency and let it rest for 15 mins.
2.Heat the dosa pan.Pan should be hotter.
3.Pour the batter into the skillet.
4.Add oil or Ghee in and around the dosa.
5.Cook for approx 2mins on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot with sambar or chutney.

Note:
When you make dosa, don't spread the batter like normal dosa.As the batter is thin pour it into the skillet like Rava dosa.When you pour the batter into the skillet and see the tiny holes formed instantly then that's the correct consistency of the batter.If not then add some more water to the batter and adjust the consistency.
